Problem

Clock-in records lived in the turnstile software, leave in e-mail, advances and expenses in the accountant's spreadsheet. Answering how much someone had worked that month meant merging three sources by hand.

Solution

Personnel, departments, shift rosters, leave, expenses, advances, entitlements and notifications moved into a single panel. Departments are defined by a geofence, rosters are planned weekly, and the attendance report exports to Excel in one click.
