While you use our applications;

• Identity and Contact: full name, e-mail address, phone number.
• Device and Usage: IP address, device model, operating system version, in-app error logs and usage statistics.
• Location Data:processed only with the user's explicit consent, where required for the application's core functions (for example, personnel tracking or logistics workflows).

This data is collected by automated means through digital forms and in-app SDKs.

3. Processing Purposes and Legal Grounds

Your data is processed in order to:

• Provide the service and manage membership operations,
• Ensure application security and resolve technical issues,
• Fulfil legal obligations (KVKK art. 5/2-ç),
• Establish and perform the contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).

4. Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to domestic and international infrastructure providers within the scope of server and cloud services (Vercel, AWS, etc.) and to authorised public institutions where legally required. The Company takes the administrative and technical measures necessary to keep data secure.

You may contact the Company at any time to learn whether your data is being processed, to request the correction of inaccurate data, and to request the deletion of your data.
