Problem

A leave request meant a form, working hours meant asking a manager, an advance meant asking accounting. Because employees could not see their own record, disputes surfaced at month end, after payroll.

Solution

Employees see their own clock-ins, remaining leave, advances and entitlements; they file leave requests in the app and follow the approval flow. The request reaches the manager's web panel at the same moment.
