Problem

Bookings came in over WhatsApp and cancellations came the same way. Working out how full a trainer's day was meant scrolling back through messages, and members had to ask the desk how many sessions they had left.

Solution

Members see their own calendar, trainer and remaining credits, book a slot, switch trainer, and get a notification the moment something is cancelled. On the admin side, session definitions and the hourly programme sit in the same system.
