Problem

Across a four-day fair, visitors navigated hundreds of exhibitors and parallel stage sessions with a paper plan and hall signage. Tickets arrived through a separate channel and schedule changes never reached anyone.

Solution

Exhibitor listings, company details, the four-day schedule, the QR ticket and notifications live in one app. The pre-event countdown and the event-day mode are two states of the same home screen, and because notifications are bound to the schedule, a change reaches visitors as it happens.
