A site that announces camp programmes, collects applications and payments, and manages them in the same app.

Agre Academic Camp Application, Promotion and Admin Site

Problem

The three-week camp series in Şirince was announced on social media, applications came through a Google Form, and deposits were tracked in bank statements. Who was approved, who had paid and how many places were left had to be pieced together from three places.

Solution

The public site, the application flow, payment (deposit and full) and the admin panel became one Next.js application. An application lands in the panel as it arrives, capacity shows on the camp card, and approval and payment status reach the applicant through e-mail templates.
